Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SoftFlix Nepal, "Shipping" means fast digital delivery — usually within 1 minute to 1 hour of payment verification.

Fast Processing
Once your payment is verified, our team processes your order right away. Most orders are delivered within 1 minute to 1 hour after payment verification; in certain cases (such as manual activations or late-night orders) it can take up to 8 hours.

Delivery Channels
Your login details, activation or license key are sent to you directly on WhatsApp or email. You can track your order status anytime from the My Orders page on our website.

No Physical Shipping
As we deal exclusively in digital goods, there is no physical shipping involved. This means no shipping fees and no waiting days for delivery. Everything is handled digitally for your convenience.
